    So an alarm goes off for ftp down. I have a monitor that alerts me, and restarts ftp. Any way for it to alert me when ftp is back up?

    This question is along the same line as the last. Why still does the external system check not send out an alert when the device becomes available? I was under the impression that with the new version this would be fixed.
