  • We setup monitor Symantec client security services, somehow we are keep getting the error message below.

    Any suggestions?

  • That means that you have applied monitor set to a machine that doesn't have that exactly named service.

  • Thanks for the info. I just switch from monitor services to monitor processes. It seems the monitoring refresh randomly. See below. Can anyone tell me how often the processes suppose to check in with Kaseya?
