Services Monitoring Problems

  • I am in the early stages of troubleshooting, but it appears that services on my endpoints are not being monitored.  I can stop a monitored service and I get no alarms, emails etc.  I will open a support ticket when I have more details, but I wanted to check if anyone else had seen this recently.


  • Are you sure the Service isn't been restarted by Kaseya. ?

  • Disable the service.

    What does the agent log and monitor log say.

  • Thanks for the suggestions, there is definitely a problem on my VSA.  I am working with support now.  I just wanted to check if there was some known issue.
