Unable to configure SNMP monitoring for a device that does not host a Kaseya Agent.

I have added the MIB from the Vendor into Kaseya. Everything under the "Monitor" module seems to work, up to the point of doing a "Assign SNMP" action. Get this error: No machines with monitoring available with this filter

I go into LAN Watch and, create a scan with SNMP enabled, community string: public

Scan runs, but does not pickup SNMP enabled device. I look at the Kaseya Nmap Scan Results and do not see port 161 open.

If I run my own nmap scan, I get:

The device we are trying to monitor is not filtering any IP ranges and allows 0/0 traffic to access port 161 TCP/UDP.


How can I configure LAN Watch and SNMP Monitoring for this device?
