I am trying to find where I set share permissions on Event Log sets. My Help Desk team are unable to add event to sets I create however they can edit there own. When they try to edit a set I have created the Add button is not available.
I know this is going to be some basic setting but I have been through the on line help and searched through here to no avail so far.
Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Jason, you have to move your monitor sets into a shared folder. You should see a Private and a Shared tree, make a folder under the Shared Tree, move your mon set there and share it out and your guys will see it and be able to apply it.
Thanks for the reply but I am not talking about Monitor Sets. I am talking about Event Log Alerts monitor sets e.g go to Event Log Alerts, choose an Event Set and click Edit. I am looking for some share control for those.
Eventsets are one of the legacy parts of Kaseya that have not really changed in the 10 years I've been using Kaseya.
I think your only option is to make your Admins all Masters
