Our office is in the Boston area, EST is our time zone. Our SaaS Kaseya server must be in the UK or something, we have to set our System time to VSA server -4 hours.
Please see the screen shot. When a monitored server first goes down, let's say at 4:30 PM, we get an alert saying that the agent hasn't checked in since 8:30 PM, which of course is 4 hours into the future, that's impossible.
When we go into the format email area, the time it reports is <qt> which is UTC time. Is there a way to make it read QT minus 4 hours?
