We are busy putting together a proposal for a client which is currently using LanDesk. LanDesk can give them Software Usage Metering. I do not recall seeing this in Kaseya. I am still new to Kaseya. Can anyone help me out here please?
a big pain point for us - Kaseya cannot do this although I have recently enquired about whether we can harness some of the power of the agent to try to trap this information somehow but I reckon it will have to be a custom app dropped onto each machine.
