Changing the behaviour of the lights on the ticketscreen

Hello,

Does anyone know where to change the behaviour of the light-indicators on the ticketscreen of Kaseya?
So that they stay green as long as the due date hasn't expired.
My question is not about setting highlights in your personal view, but changing the blinking lightbulbs in the ticketscreen overview (see screenshot)

    You have a few options for ticket highlight definition and color.  It may not suit your specific needs, but you can play with the available settings to determine if there's an appropriate configuration for you.  

    • Navigate to Ticketing > View Summary
    • Click Change Highlight
    • In the pop-up, select the criteria for highlighting tickets
    • Define the number of days and the highlight color for each available option
