I've got 2 agents (from different companies) that will not uninstall, one on a Windows 7 machine the other on an XP machine. I've tried all three methods of deleting the account (as found on the agent uninstall page) but they keep coming back. I've tested the command line (as found in the uninstall registry key, but that produces a gui. Anyone know of a way that I can safely and sielently remove the agent without having to login to the machine. or what switches are used by the uninstall scripts? Or can anyone tell me what switches are used for the Kaseya silent uninstall are?
I'd guess the silent uninstall would be running kasetup.exe /r /g <YOUR_UNIQUE_GUID> /s
Did you make sure there wasn't something going behind you and reinstalling (like a login script)?
I'll give that a try... it looks very similar to the uninstall string found in the registry but that last switch differs.
Way cool thank you. the string in uninstall ends with /l...
