Can't live connect to any newly deployed machines

  • Since updating to the latest VSA ON prem version we are not able to live connect/remote control any workstations that have the agent newly deployed to them.. any machines that were already deployed and had the agent upgraded work fine. if i take a brand new pc and put our agent on it we can not remote control it. 

    We had a lot of issues with the update since we hadn;t updated in about a year ad our SQL version was no longer supported so we had to do a couple of things. first upgrade SQL and then run the upgrade again working through several schema issues. 

    is anyone else having this issue?

  • We had same issues with Live Connect on demand and none of our pre-setup agent URL's worked as well as a http 500 error getting to any agent or live connect connections.  Was an IIS configuration issue.   Opened a case with support and they sent things we had to adjust on the VSA server which resolved the issue.  Open a a case with Support for your issue.
