Since updating to the latest VSA ON prem version we are not able to live connect/remote control any workstations that have the agent newly deployed to them.. any machines that were already deployed and had the agent upgraded work fine. if i take a brand new pc and put our agent on it we can not remote control it.
We had a lot of issues with the update since we hadn;t updated in about a year ad our SQL version was no longer supported so we had to do a couple of things. first upgrade SQL and then run the upgrade again working through several schema issues.
is anyone else having this issue?
We had same issues with Live Connect on demand and none of our pre-setup agent URL's worked as well as a http 500 error getting to any agent or live connect connections. Was an IIS configuration issue. Opened a case with support and they sent things we had to adjust on the VSA server which resolved the issue. Open a a case with Support for your issue.
