I was wondering if anyone had come across the ability to allow the service account to rdp into an endpoint? Kaseya has most of the tools to allow any user to execute commands and browse logs etc but if there is a need to provide some manual remediation, the user has to have the ability to log onto said device and then perform the functions manually. Some of our users may have access to manage some endpoints but all so this is a bit of a challenge currently.
I was wondering if it would be more feasible to allow the existing service account that already runs the updates/procedures etc to rdp into an endpoint to allow the manual remediation. Changes would all be logged and tracked thus we would point it back to the end service account etc.
