We upgraded to v126.96.36.199 over the weekend and I am finding I cannot export a list of agents from the manage agents tab. I also can no longer view or generate a report from the Info Center. The processing box pops up and the wheel spins with no results. Has anyone else seen this? I have opened a ticket about it (ticket #197537).

Your issue sounds like a timeout related problem. Perhaps your VSA is under a heavy load --- mine sure was after patch 188.8.131.52, our heavy load period lasted more than an hour, for only 350 agents.
If you have more agents, your SQL may spend quite some time thrashing heavily and this may be the cause.
