System Info is not showing any data after the audit is run. You only see the following:

DMI / SMBIOS data not available. Click Here to create a blank data set.

If you remote control the machine, then schedule the system info audit to run you will see one of the following errors:

C:WindowsSystem32Autoexec.nt The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose 'Close' to terminate the application.

Error "S32evnt1.dll. An installable Virtual Device Driver failed DLL initialization"

Microsoft and Symantec have articles relating to their respective issues.

For the AUTOEXEC.NT problem, please read http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;324767

and for the S32EVNT1.DLL problem, please read http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/ent-security.nsf/529c2f9adcf33a1088256e22005026f1/a22e09c4be40053680256dac00564a18?OpenDocument&src=bar_sch_nam

Once these issues are resolved, the audit will complete correctly.

Please note - the system info audit is not triggered by a baseline or latest audit, you must schedule this by clicking the seperate tick box at the top of the run audit page to schedule a System Info audit.
