I am completely new to Kaseya and need help figuring out how to do the following:
We have small offices all over the country. I want to configure an Agent for download via a weblink that will, when clicked, download, install and connect to my VSA.
Are there instructions on how to get this done, can it be done? If so, do you have the instructions on how to do this?
Any help is greatly appreciated.

As far as your specific question, you'll need to create the agent pacakge. If you're running VSA version 9.3, navigate to Agent > Manage Packages, click "New" and follow the wizard to create the package. Once the package is created, select it from the list, click the Settings button at the top of the list, then select "Show on download page."
Finally, click the button for "Download Page" (again, at the top of the list on the Manage Packages page). You can send this page to your end users. They would then click to download and install the package.
Please note that the above is generalized. The specific instructions may vary if you are using the hosted SaaS/Cloud platform or if you are using a prior version of the VSA.
