That's what happens with mine..

This was the default behavior in 9.3 during the beta, but was reverted back to Kaseya Remote Control in a patch per Dana Epp in a forum post I'm presently having trouble locating.  I agree that it would be nice to be able to change the default behavior of clicking on the Agent Icon if/when the speed of Remote Control within Live Connect is optimized to the point of the standalone Kaseya Remote Control standalone application.
