I can't find a way to give a new user role the option to schedule initial updates. It can get to the initial update screen but the schedule and cancel buttons are missing. I don't see any other options to enable in the user role access rights.
The Schedule buttons are not a function of Patch specifically, but of the scheduler. We have a KB on how to enable the Schedule function for non-Master (or non-System) users: helpdesk.kaseya.com/.../88675857-Schedule-Patching-button-missing-on-non-master-roles
This will probably resolve the issue, but if you find it doesn't, feel free to post back here for generalized information or open a ticket with Support (http://helpdesk.kaseya.com) for specific investigation.
