To all,
I am needing to create an agent procedure that will enable a certain setting under File>Word Options>Advanced section named 'Disable hardware graphics acceleration' for either office 2010 and/or 2013.
Does anyone know if this is possible through an Agent procedure? If so, does anyone have an example of their script that can be uploaded?
I have included the screenshot of the option that needs to be enabled.
Hi Nikhil S
The below article shows how you can do it with a registry key change.

You can use the set registry key step in agent procedure to perform the change and include a reboot action in the AP.
Hope this helps.
Best,
Nicolas
Nikhil S here is a script for you for 2010 or 2013. It was a little tricky, because in my testing, Office 2010 does not use the same key as 2013.
Here is the link from our ClubMSP site. I made it a free download. clubmsp.com/.../office-2013-disable-hardware-acceleration-kaseya-script
PS. Tested on 64-bit 2010 and 2013. I didn't have a 32-bit system to test, so if you have some out there, please test first.
I clicked to your website and it’s quite interesting. I see so many things that I haven’t known before. Thank you for submitted your website.
