The workstations of our end users cannot connect to internet directly, so they are configured to use a forward proxy (Barracuda Webfilter) configured in Internet Explorer.
We would like to extend the use of Kaseya Remote Control to our Helpdesk. They are also behind the proxy. We configured our on premise VSA as a proxy exclusion.
When they try to remote control agents, they an error which says that they cannot connect. When I remove the proxy settings from IE, remote control works fine.
I tried to set the WinHTTP proxy by using the command 'netsh winhttp set proxy proxyserver:port', without succes.
Did someone got this working?
I solved this by making a proxy authentication exemption on our webfiter with the Kserver as the destination.
