What is the outlook for a client that is "certified" for Windows Vista? I have not installed it yet on a Vista box so the current one may work. I was wondering about the version that will officially support it.
God Bless,
Marty

There won't be a "certified" Kaseya agent for Vista released until there is a final release of Vista.

has anyone had any luck getting a client to function correctly on Vista. I have installed it on Beta 2 but it will not check in.

Yup - had it running on our test system without major incident, with the exception of BUDR, which was not tested. Some weirdness in the Audit information, in that it reported the OS as XP, but I'm sure that will get ironed out once Vista goes to RC1 and the code goes Silver.

Truly, I did nothing exceptional - although it should be noted that the Vista installation wasMSDN Beta 2, and was anUPGRADE of WinXP Professional MSDN, fully patched.
