Disable Chat from client web page

  • Maybe I'm blind, but where do we remove the chat and e-mail functions from the contact administrator web page? We want the clients to be able to create tickets though the client, but not chat or e-mail. We want all communication to be done in the form of a ticket so we can maintain accountability.

  • Thanks, that got rid of the chat portion, but I still don't see where to get rid of the e-mail? There is no check box there for e-mail.
