RAdmin failure

Client is W2K. RAdmin has worked on this client previously and is working on all other clients. WinVNC works on this client. Agent is checking in.
ERROR: Connection I/O error, connection may be closed due to IP Filter settings on the remote side.
Used the uninstall in Remote Control to remove both RAdmin and WinVNC. Reinstalled both. Same error occurs.
No firewall software on this client. Entire enterprise is behind a SonicWall Firewall.
Any ideas? TIA

If you have Symantec Antivirus it will quarantine the r_server.exe file and reverse other installation changes which are needed to run Radmin. Symantec logs the risk as Remacc.Radmin. You will need to set Symantec to ignore remote access apps or exclude the radmin folder to prevent this problem. These links may help explain the process...
