Reboot Nag Script Problem

I am experiencing an issue where my end-users are calling up saying that they are getting the reboot nag (I have it set to do a nag every 30 minutes until they reboot) even after they have done so.
If I examine the machine in question I can see that the nag script is still in the queue.
What would cause this?

I have seen this happen to my site. It seems to happen when a user declines the reboot and then reboots the PC themselves. I have found if you delete all the files out of the workstations temp directory and then rescan the pc the NAG screen will stop

There is a fix for this in 4.5 I suggest you update.

We have udated to 4.5 and I have seen the nag reboot still pending after a user has rebooted multiple times. I will keep and eye out and post to this thread with more specifics.
