Lan Watch install of Agent

  • Tried to deploy the agent via LAN watch, windows XP system with agent as the master lan watch system. On the remote install the master system pops up a remote install error. Then prompting to send the infromation to Microsoft. Any idea to why this is happening?

    Thanks for the reply, sorry for taking so long to get back about this issue. I think it my be the psexec.exe from system internals causeing the problem. I will try to reinstall and upload this to the shared folder on the kaseya server. If you have any other suggestins please let me know.

    I am receiving the same error. During the process of installing an agent using Lan Watch, the cmd box opens at the beginning of the installation phase and then an error dialog box opens. Please see attached screen scrapes.

  • We have seen this problem, or at least a variation. The problem is that the desintination machine does not have remote access enabled.
