Our entire Kaseya system went down this morning and we have spent all day attempting to get it back online one issue we seem to be having with our managed customers workstations is that several people have called reporting that their computer is stuck in an infinitie loop of rebooting. It says we have applied a patch and must reboot, once it reboots the same message appears. Does this have to do with the fact that the agent cannot talk to the Kaseya server? Has anyone seen this issue before?
