We want to install kaseya at a client site where they use soft phones on slow machines. I'm concerned that the background tasks that the kaseya agent does might impact on the performance and use of the soft phone client.
Because of this I'd like to really reduce the level of work being done in the background and to slow down the auditing.
I've created a policy which states that the auditing is done once a month at the weekends.
Is there anything else we can do ?
A couple of other things that come to mind is the Agent Check In interval and the Patch Scan schedule. You may want to raise the first and lower the second. Using Application Monitoring will probably also increase Agent load as will uploading event log files from the client to the server.
