I had been searching a while for a procedure or script that could remove Cisco VPN client without blue screening the system or leaving legacy bits and pieces on the system, with no luck.
So I spent some time reverse engineering how the application works and have written a procedure to remove Cisco VPN Client (ver 4.0.5) for Win XP-32bit, which I have tested in a VM environment successfully.
I am working on Windows 7 removal procedure so watch this space.
I hope this help.
