We have a client with VMware view and the agents are deployed and checking in fine however they don't show logged in user.
We have the RDP helper scripts and we ran these, I also ran another script I got from the Kaseya script pack.
Not having much luck.
Anybody any ideas or had a similar experience?
I see the same thing for Windows 7 machines (not looked at other O/S) where the user is logged on with RDP - perhaps Kaseya is only picking up on console sessions?
