We have Kaseya agents installed on both Citrix XenApp servers and on end-user client machines. The clients use TWAIN based scanners, which are redirected by Citrix for use in applications that are hosted on XenApp desktops. Since the upgrade, we've had an onslaught of TWAIN errors (reported from multiple sites, OS's, etc.), causing scanners to fail. While it seems odd that the Kaseya agent would impact a scanning function in any way, the 6.2 upgrade is the only thing that changed in our infrastructure prior to the wide-spread issues (not even a Windows update).
Has anyone else noticed related problems, or the 6.2 agent interfering with other software operations?
