When i open the live connect for a machine, and go to task manager, i can not view the running services?
Am i doing something wrong?
Don't believe so as we now have this same problem. Task manager and services don't show any entries. We submitted a ticket this morning and you should do the same.
LC dev's are / should be aware of this....

I just got my system fixed today we are on 6.2.0 and on Sept. 24th I applied some hotfixes for Kaseya and that is when Live Connect Task Manager and Event Viewer stopped showing data I contacted support and worked with them tell today and they released a new hotfix today to fix the problem! What you need to do is from the start menu on your Kaseya server is go to All Programs then Kaseya and then run (Hotfix and Reapply Database Schema) and then wait it will take some time to complete.
