I have a problem site where we're having problems getting the Kaseya agents to install and run reliably. It seems like sometimes we have to install the agent more than once, and then often when the PCs reboot, the Agent service doesn't start. If the user goes to the start menu on the PC and launches it from there, the service starts right up.
My first reaction would be to modify the service start parameters, something like infinite retries, longer-than-one-minute delay between retries, like that. Maybe a "net start" commend under Schedule Tasks.
Any thoughts on that? I don't see a lot of people reporting exactly this issue.
