This is extremely frustrating. Kaseya keeps acquiring new companies instead of fixing what's broken and keeping up with existing tech. We are on the brink of losing our biggest client because of the Catalina issues and can never get a straight answer from Kaseya about Catalina support and fixing/updating the agent.
