So I have a curious question. I can see that when you double-click the Agent icon you get a window that shows "Home", "Agent Procedures", "Tickets", "Chat". I see 5 procedures listed under "Agent Procedures". Is it possible to publish more procedures to this list or is this just a static list that is part of Kaseya?
Go to : System/Customize/Live Connect and then select the Agent Procedure TAB
Here you can ADD procedures to the List
