Agents do not seem to gather any Auditing information anymore

We noticed that newly installed agents do not get auditing correctly.  We cannot see items like 'Installed Software, Add/Remove Programs, Hardware info'.

I suspect this started a few weeks ago when we installed patch 25 for 9.4 but that is just a guess. I contacted support but I havent heard back from anyone yet.

Unfortunately I need this information to perform an information gathering session for a new client today...

  • Is anyone else seeing this behaviour? We are being pressured to move from patch 24 after the disasters that caused but we're holding out until we know whether 25 and 26 have caused problems like the above for anyone else.
