The event log alert portion of the policy is for some reason overriding itself and I cannot clear it.  I even tried importing the Core folder from the System cabinet to my own in attempt to force an override.  I already have a ticket open with Kaseya support and as we all know they are absolutely terrible with response time and their reply that I waited roughly 12 hours for didn't help.
