This might be a server issue for me, but when I make a Policy that assigns a re-occurring procedure and do not check "Skip if Offline"... I would think the procedure should run immediately if the starting date has passed already and then schedule the next occurrence in the future. All my policies are scheduling these procedures for the next occurrence... and i can't remember if this is normal?
Yes. It is by design. Anything scheduled in the past by a policy will be scheduled at its next occurrence without running.
i know its an old post but this was the first result in search, set the procedure schedule inside the policy to run at 12:00am 1st january in a past year, this has made policies work within 5 minutes of policy being recognized by the machines
