Alerts/Monitoring Policies - Email Subject

  • When you create an alert or assign a monitoring set using Monitoring, you can customise the format of the email.

    I've noticed in KPM you can't. We would like to move our monitoring into KPM, but we need to customise the email subjects, is there any way to do this?

  • I haven't actually tested this portion, but I would assume that the email subject is going to remain the same as you would set in the Monitor section of Kaseya. All KPM is doing is setting a policy that applies the selected alerts/monitoring to the machines, sort of like using Group Policy on a network to force settings to be applied.
