Has anyone had had the same issue in KNM? I'm speaking to Kaseya support but not making much progress. When I apply a HP Proliant Template from KNM default templates I get the below error.
No monitors could be created. Please verify credentials and template settings
I've got 3 HP servers and the other two HP servers apply this template fine, and I've checked the authentication in KNM which is correct and matches the setting on the SNMP service. I'm on Kaseya version 18.104.22.168
