[KNM 5.0] Problem activating licence

I'm trying to register my KNM 5 but when I push "Register and Validate" the page freeze and the 500 Internal Server Error. 

I think it could be a problem of the licence manager server.

  • Hi Marco,

    Please try activating the License locally from the KNM Server itself's web browser.

    (http://localhost:8080 or default port specified)

    This error usually occurs when trying to activate the license from a remote machine through the web UI.

    I've tried locally from the KNM server and it keeps telling me 500 Internal Server Error after a short time of freeze. I've tried on Chrome and Firefox. Version is v5 build 9866.
