Problems after upgrade KNM 5.0 from Build 9596 to 9735

we KNM 5.0 Build 9596 updated to 9735 and since our VMWare monitors (about 100 customers) in alert state. Angry

I have created ticket CS172419 but still no answer and this is a big problem for us.

Someone had the same problem?
