Dashboard Map Editor

  • I use Kaseya Network Monitor 4.1 (Build 8338)

    I have two new Problems with Dashboard Map Editor


    When i open a map, the background is always black like the bitmap below. Not very easy to use with connections.


    If i want create a new map, i have this beautiful message who wants make a mail to this address support@intellipool.com.

  • Download the latest installer for KNM 4.1 and install the latest DME from there. Sorry for the delayed response. Maybe you have the latest build of 4.1 already, then you just need to check the "About" page for the download link to DME.

  • FYI - Support Response

    I have discussed this with out KNM developers and they look to resolve this in KNM v5. They will be redoing this process so we no longer have to install the map editor and will be directly integrated with Google Maps API. As of now v5 is in Controlled Release 1.
