Just following up on my post from a few days ago... Has anyone seen a message: "The VMware web service session login failed!" when trying to retrieve the Performance counters from a ESXi server?
The Vmware and CIM creds seem to be ok in the object, so not sure what else Im meant to be doing?

What type of account is being used?
If it's not a username /password issue it may be a permission issue, but it definitely appears to be an access issue.
Do you have a support ticket open for this?
Nicolas Ponce I have not opened a ticket as it initially appeared to be an HP - VMWare issue rather than a Kaseya problem.....I was just hoping someone else here had come across it and had a solution.
