Hopefully this has been placed in the correct forum section.
Is there a way to create an operator and group so that we can restrict what is viewed to only one network? I.e. we have a client that we want to allow access to KNM so that they can view the alerts etc... however, so far each time we have created a group it allows the user to see all clients and not just their own.
Is there a way that this can be done?
Any help really appreciated (Please feel free to move post if in wrong section)
If you enabled the access right "Group objects" on the operator in question he/her will only be able to view and browse the objects /networks thats assigned to the operator groups he/her is a member of. So if you organize the operator groups per network (so operator group X only are assigned to objects in network 1 and so on), you should get the effect you want.
PS. In the future, the correct forum for KNM is: community.kaseya.com/.../159.aspx DS.

Thanks for the response. That was pretty much what I was looking for
I will post on the correct section in future!
