I can't create/save session timers. Can someone please tell me if I missed any pre configurations? thanks!
Follow up question, What's the purpose of the session timers?
I'm trying to investigate how the time flows from service desk to time tracking to service billing. Seems like the only time accounted is when you are in the ticket editor, once you save it, the time will stop. Am I correct? What if I want to account the time spent in resolving the issue? does it mean that while working on the issue, the ticket must be open? as in literally open so that the resolution time spent will be accounted? I really don't get it. Thanks!
