I'm not able to remotely control agents via the 'Kaseya Live Connect' application. Every time I try to connect to an agent, it gets stuck on Connecting...
I was previously using 'Kaseya Remote Control' and I didn't have any issues. Remote control via VNC viewer still works. It's also worth noting that this issue isn't affecting all of our admins.
I haven't been able to connect to any of our workstations, which are mostly running on Win 7 SP1 and Win Server 2008 R2. All Agents are v18.104.22.168.
Any help would be much appreciated.
sainim I recommend putting in a ticket request to review this. Thanks Jeffrey! I can confirm that it is indeed a 403 error. And it looks like it may be a permissions issue as the article suggests. I will get in contact with our senior sys admins and ask them to investigate. Will let you know what happens.
Glad we quickly found the issue. Typically the Audit portion is missing from what I've seen. Hope it works out in the end.
This is amazing...I've had a ticket open with support about live connect being absolute trash the last few patches, and they tell me it's an issue on my end as they can't replicate it, even though i've been able to replicate it on every machine i've tried...
I'm glad to see that i'm not the only one.

Here is the ticket number. It's been very frustrating process, as LC is almost unusable for us. 178134
I've gotten the unable to start session, the sits at connectting screen, also will sit at the Kaseya screen sometimes,
That last error is weird because LC actually connects to the server, but I cannot do anything because of the popup and once I hit ok it disconects me.
I'd appreciate any help you can give jeffrey.odolski as the ticket has been open for almost a month.

I have experienced a similar issue, and through troubleshooting determined it is due to a graphics driver issue. For our users, the "Connecting" window appears to freeze when dragged to a monitor connected via a USB-C dock. Still no solution. Kaseya IT Services Team
