Is it possible, somehow, to take a screenshot from Live Connect (KLC)? We've always gone back to open QuickView and do the screenshot, but it sure would be nice to do the screenshot when we're already in KLC? 

(The only method I have, currently, to do it without using QuickView is a procedure that collects the agent GUID and generates an email to the technician with a link to click which opens the screenshot in a new window).
