KLC plugin IE9

  • Hi, on two of our pc the admin side of KLC doesn't work.

    It's like the plugin is missing or damaged. We've tried to remove it, but now it doesn't install anymore.. Is there a way to force the installation of plugin?

    On the same pc FF works nice.

  • Easy answer: Don't use IE :)

  • To force a reinstall, you can delete everything in "%WINDIR%\Downloaded Program Files" and "%APPDATA%\Kaseya" then try again.

    I also suggest adding your VSA's URL to the Local Intranet security zone and turn OFF Compatibility mode. Those things alone will fix most problems in IE.
