I was able to use Desktop Access on Firefox until just about recently when it suddenly stopped working and showing only a blank page with the three controls.  I was using Firefox 7 when it stopped working, and I'm still getting a blank screen with Firefox 8.  However, I'm not having any problems with KLC in IE9 on the same machine.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Kaseya add-on (including cleaning out the LC plugins), completely reinstalling Firefox, and just about anything else I can do.  Live Connect does still work in FF as I can see a live preview and do everything else with the machine except Desktop Access.
