Anyone else noticing long delays in opening Live Connect after the latest update? It seems like it goes to sleep after a while and trying to remote to a machine just sits for 2-3 minutes (feels like an hour with a client on the phone) before opening. Seems to happen when LC hasn't been used for a while.
We have been complaining about this for a while now and support says "nothing is wrong" on the backend. Extremely frustrating to have staff complaining about a 1-5 min delay just to connect into machines.
I was hoping it was just me.....then there might be a fix!
