I'm getting an error in the KAM dashboard that looks like Malwarebytes isn't installed properly on a client machine:
InstallCompleted: Unable to activate license, returning it to pool.
However, when I remote into the machine, it looks like KAM is working just fine, and the log says "Installation process succeeded".
How do I rectify this?
Got the same issue, created a ticket with the Support team last week ( one day before your forum post ) and still no solution ...
Our customers are going crazy :)
