What affects the Anti-Malware Score on Reports? How to improve?

We send out a "Monthly Executive Summary" report to our customers and as we've been implementing KAM, the scores have been going down.  We can't seem to get the Anti-Malware score above 50%.  Anyone have any ideas on what affects these scores?  I looked in the report parameters and can't see any info for the Anti-Malware sections, just the checkbox to show the statistics.

  • One thing I have noticed that will affect the score is if you check the Component Status for the systems in that report you will see, (or I see anyway) that all 4 icons have a red x on them, I then have to uninstall and attempt to re-install it.  If the install works then the score gets better.  We send out the same reports.
